Dr. Daniel Bourque is a native of Lafayette, Louisiana. He graduated from USL then completed his medical school education at LSU in New Orleans. His post-graduate training was performed at Tulane in pediatrics, followed by residency training at LSU-Charity Hospital in Obstetrics and Gynecology. He entered private practice in 1985.
Dr. Bourque has extensive experience in routine and high risk Obstetric care. His practice is baby friendly and he promotes skin to skin bonding and breastfeeding to his patients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Bourque is also skilled and experienced in all areas of Gynecology. He was the first gynecologist to utilize the da Vinci robotic technology in Lafayette. This along with years of experience in minimally invasive Laparoscopic surgery motivated him to have his practice and LGMC recognized as Centers of Excellence in minimally invasive surgery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Over the years, Dr. Bourque has had the good fortune of developing lasting relationships with his patients as a trusted healthcare provider. From routine check-ups to more serious health concerns, Dr. Bourque and his entire staff work hard to provide the very best possible care.             Dr. Charles Padgett Jr is a dedicated and compassionate OBGYN physician, proud to serve the women of Lafayette, Louisiana, his beloved hometown. Born and raised the sixth of seven siblings in Lafayette, Dr. Padgett has a deep-rooted connection to the community and is committed to providing exceptional evidence-based care. He is excited to join with longtime family friend and mentor Dr. Bourque. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Dr. Padgett attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where he received honors for academic excellence. He completed medical school education at LSU-Shreveport, where he earned accolades for Excellence in OBGYN and graduated as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) Honor Medical Society. Dr. Padgett completed residency training at University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), one of the top ranked academic centers in the country for OBGYN care. There, his dedication to teaching and mentoring was recognized with distinctions including the Chief Resident Teaching Award and Excellence in Student Education. His research and contributions to the field have been published in the nationally recognized Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, further demonstrating his commitment to advancing women’s health. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Outside of his professional life, Dr. Padgett cherishes his time with his wife and their son. He enjoys immersing himself in the rich culture and traditions of Lafayette and is dedicated to being an active member of the community he calls home. He believes in an empathetic, personalized approach to healthcare, ensuring that each patient feels heard, respected, and cared for and is committed to building strong, trusting relationships. Dr. Padgett looks forward to welcoming new patients and serving the women of Lafayette with the highest standard of care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Jordan Marcus Forsthoff was born and raised in Lafayette, LA. She graduated from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She has a Master\u2019s Degree in Nursing from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN in both Women\u2019s Health and Adult Health Care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Jordan has been a Women\u2019s Health Nurse Practitioner since 2007.  She is board certified by the National Certification Corporation as a Women\u2019s Health Nurse Practitioner and licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing. She enjoys connecting, educating, and helping women throughout their adult lifespan. She believes in providing compassionate care to women of all ages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Jordan resides in Lafayette with her husband and daughter. She spends most of her free time with her family, but when she can she loves to read and travel. Jordan is an active member in her church and community.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
